Background

In 2022, our Headquarter team in Indonesia had the exciting task of developing the booth design and merchandise for UniPin at the MSC MLBB (Mobile Legends: Bang Bang) event in Malaysia. This project was a blend of creativity and adherence to strict guidelines from both MSC and UniPin.


Conceptualization and Design

Our goal was to create a booth that captured the vibrant energy of the esports tournament while staying true to UniPin's brand. We brainstormed a concept that was visually striking, engaging, and functional. The design included interactive activation stations and merchandise showcases. Every detail had to comply with MSC guidelines and UniPin’s branding standards, requiring constant feedback and revisions.


Merchandise Development

We also developed event-specific merchandise such as t-shirts, caps, and collectibles, all featuring unique graphics inspired by MLBB and UniPin branding. The challenge was to make these items attractive and high-quality while aligning with the overall design theme.


Overcoming Challenges

Guidelines and Constraints: Adhering to detailed guidelines limited our creative freedom, but we innovatively integrated UniPin’s branding within the constraints.

Coordination and Collaboration: Regular meetings with MY teams that coordinate with MSC organizers and UniPin ensured alignment and smooth navigation of any issues.

Time Management: Efficient project management and a dedicated team were crucial in meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.



In collaboration with our teams in the Philippines and Malaysia, we launched a comprehensive social media activation campaign. This included live event coverage, interactive posts, and exclusive behind-the-scenes content. The goal was to engage the online community, drive event attendance, and increase brand visibility.


The activation successfully captured the essence of the MSC MLBB event and the UniPin brand. Interactive features and appealing visuals attracted visitors, and the merchandise was well-received. Our social media activation campaign effectively engaged the online community and boosted event visibility.
